Leady has developed a kind of intelligent automatic LED lamp tube auto-glue dispensing equipment, which includes auto-loading structure, lamp tubes transmission structure, lamp tube suck up structure, cutting soft PCB board structure, go through tube structure,? auto-unloading structure and so on. The auto-loading structure has the conveying belt which can realize the automatic loading the tubes. The cutting soft PCB board structure can separate the whole FPC, and then the FPC will be sucked to the carbon fiber rob by the sucker through the vacuum. After that the carbon fiber robs will go through the tube and multi-glue valve will dispensing the glue on the FPC at the same time to finish the whole production process. The semi-finished products will be turned over 180 degrees before automatic unloading.
